Share data with your team
A Keyword Hero account is tied to the Google account that set it up, so you cannot invite colleagues to it. There are two ways to give them the data, and they differ in what the other person sees.
| Saved report in Google Analytics | Shared Google account | |
|---|---|---|
| Keywords, sessions, conversions | Yes | Yes |
| The app, search intent, historical data | No | Yes |
| Separate logins | Yes, everyone uses their own | No, everyone uses the same one |
| Looker Studio | Yes | Yes |
Option 1: Share the Google Analytics property
Section titled “Option 1: Share the Google Analytics property”Best for most teams and for clients. Everyone keeps their own Google login.
- Save the Keyword Hero report in the
Keyword Hero property, including the step that puts back the lowercase
conversionsmetric. - In Google Analytics, open Admin → Property access management for the Keyword Hero property and add the people who need it.
Anyone with access to the property now finds the report in its library or collection. They do not see the app.
Option 2: Use a shared Google account
Section titled “Option 2: Use a shared Google account”If others need the app itself, create a Google account for the purpose, give it access to Google Analytics and Search Console, and use it for Keyword Hero. Do not share your personal Google account: it opens your mail and documents too.
