Data stopped arriving
Keyword Hero delivered data, and then new days stopped appearing. Work through these checks in order.
1. Is it just the lag?
Section titled “1. Is it just the lag?”The most recent days are never there: Keyword Hero processes complete days only, and the Google Analytics property lags three days behind. See Data freshness. Only worry if the newest day is more than four days old in the property, or more than two in the app.
2. Does Keyword Hero still have access?
Section titled “2. Does Keyword Hero still have access?”If the Google account that set up Keyword Hero lost its access to Google Analytics or Search Console, or someone removed Keyword Hero in the Google account’s permissions, the daily run cannot read your data. Check both, and see Required access.
3. Is the Keyword Hero property still there?
Section titled “3. Is the Keyword Hero property still there?”In Google Analytics, make sure that the property Keyword Hero property (GA4) – your property name exists and has not been deleted, renamed or moved.
4. Run through the setup again
Section titled “4. Run through the setup again”Open your profile, click the gear icon next to the domain and choose Configure. Go through every step and choose Continue on each, without changing anything that is right. This renews the connections.
Still nothing?
Section titled “Still nothing?”If no new data arrives in the next two days, write to support@keyword-hero.com with your domain and the last date that has data.
