Numbers differ from Google Analytics
The figures in Keyword Hero do not match your original Google Analytics property. Work through these checks in order.
1. Are you comparing the same days?
Section titled “1. Are you comparing the same days?”The Keyword Hero property is three days behind. Its data for 10 January
belongs to 7 January in your original property. Compare across the shift, or
use the date dimension. The app shows real dates. See Data
freshness.
2. Are you comparing users?
Section titled “2. Are you comparing users?”The Keyword Hero property counts every session as a new user. Compare sessions. See Sessions, users and attribution.
3. Are you using the right conversions metric?
Section titled “3. Are you using the right conversions metric?”Google’s own Conversions metric in the Keyword Hero property is not
Keyword Hero’s. Use the lowercase conversions. See Save the report in
GA4.
4. Are you comparing the same traffic?
Section titled “4. Are you comparing the same traffic?”Keyword Hero covers organic search sessions only. Compare with the Organic Search channel in your original property, not with all traffic.
5. Is your plan’s limit lower than your traffic?
Section titled “5. Is your plan’s limit lower than your traffic?”Sessions above your plan’s monthly limit are not processed. See Plans and limits.
6. Are rows hidden?
Section titled “6. Are rows hidden?”In the app, Show Not Provided off hides every unmatched session. Switch it on to see the full organic total. Check also that no filter is applied.
